Battery infomation

I just noticed on the information in my battery information of my MacBook Pro 16 2019.

first I check the battery information in the "power" tab in system report. in the battery information -> Model information, I can see the serial number of my battery. now when go to see that again I can't see the serial number. why it's gone? is it new update or something wrong with my new MacBook?

before I can view:

Model Information:

Serial number: FDXXXXXXX

Manufacturer: DSY

Device Name: bq40z651

Pack Lot Code: 0

PCB Lot Code: 0

Firmware Version: 0b00

Hardware Revision: 300

Cell Revision: 2309

.....

now I don't see the serial number.

anyone know this problem?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue seeing your Battery information after viewing it one time. We'd like to help.

Does this happen each time you've looked at this setting? Have you restarted your Mac since you noticed this? If so, resetting the SMC and NVRAM may help.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac

Hi Kareng12! I'm try both option SMC & NVRAM reset. still the same I don't understand too. just notice it changes after I update my OS to Big Sur. but my Mac run normal without any issue. and one thing if I use other third party app I can view my serial number battery except in original system information.
