Sound recognition refreshing and closes settings

Hi, I have a brand new phone with iOS 14 and when I open sound recognition it closes settings app. I could see that it says “refreshing”.

I tried turning off, restarting and turning on but still the same issue.

I also tried it using wifi and using mobile network but still the same behaviour.

Sound problem Iphone 14 pro max. I have problems every single day with this device. Sound notification will go from normal sound to very very loud. Cannot get the sound normal, (settings will NOT solve this) I simply have to reboor the phone. Same happens to the reels on Instagram. No sound in the reel, except in the lower right corner, than the sound of the reel is audible, but the reel is not playing than. Must reboot my device every day once or twice to get this sound working properly. IOS is up to date, the rest of the apps also. I blame this device itself, there are no soutions in the settings, believe me.

Sound recognition notification is not received. The screen crashing issue is resolved. However i did not get any notification on playing some sounds. For example i selected dog sound under sound recognition and then played dog sound in my laptop close to my phone but did not get any notification. Anyone else seen this issue ? I have already tried iphone restart and reset all settings.
