Voicemail

Just got the new iPhone and I can’t seem to be able to use my voicemail. My carrier voice mail is working if I call *19 but if I use the voicemail feature on the phone itself I get this message (picture below). How can I solve this

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, Voice Mail all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency who issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
