Locked and lost from my Apple ID
Why can I not get into my Apple ID. The trusted phone number for both of my accounts is wrong. Why isn’t there another way for me to authenticate and verify who I am for my Apple ID. I just changed my password less than3 months ago with no issue. At no time was I allowed to update any of my contact information. As a loyal Apple customer and consumer, I am totally disgusted at Apples level of service and commitment to its users. I’ve lost years of photos, contacts, and priceless memories that were stored on your servers.
