changing icloud email address linked to apple account

the steps to change icloud email would then be:

1) assign a 3rd party email to your apple account if your icloud email is linked to it

2) delete the icloud email

3) create a new icloud email linked to your apple account

does anybody know if they plan changing their policy?

ps they won't let us change our forum names either ...lol
