likes on text messages
Why are likes/loves on my text messages coming up as a new text instead of an icon?
it literally says: Loved an image or Liked an image

Hey there jalderete73,
We understand you're using expressions with the Messages app to like or love a message, but it does not come up as an icon. It shows as a new message. We'll be happy to help.
This will happen if you or the person you're texting does not have iMessage and is instead using SMS.
This can also happen in a group message if one of the members does not have iMessage.

If you need to enable iMessage on your iPhone, go to: Settings > Messages
