I have no idea. I could do a lot of guessing but it would probably be best if you added pertinent data such as what model headphones, wired or Bluetooth, what type of connector, any error messages, what happens, etc.
Sorry. I guess I didn't give enough info. I bought an adapter that goes from my iPhone to a pair of Audio-technica headphones. The iPhone indicated that they were connected but I could not get any sound from them. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you.
Thank you. I finally realized that I had to turn on the Headphone accessibility. Duh!
This is the Apple Lightning to 3.5mm adapter?
Check the Lightning connector on your iPhone and clean it if necessary. Do the same for the 3.5mm jack.
