Missing heart rate data on Apple Watch

Since updating to iOS 14.2 and iwatch 7.1 my workouts contain missing heart rate data at random times both when using a wahoo HR monitor and using the watch. I have tried unpairing the watch but no success. I use the HeartWatch app that suggest it is a known problem to Apple but I can’t see a solution.
