Big Sur unable to install on a compatible Macbook Pro.

Currently getting a message that says "This copy of macOS Big Sur installer application is too old to be opened on this version of macOS." Also on the app store it says my Macbook is compatible for Big Sur.

My System:

MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015)

2.5 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7

16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB

I am running Big Sur 11.1 Beta

"macOS Big Sur 11.1 Beta 2 11.1" will not install and is stuck saying "15 minutes remaining"

which could have something to do with Big Sur not installing.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.1

You can not install or open a version of macOS installer.app that is older than what you are currently running.

You are on macOS Big Sur Beta 11.1 and are trying to open macOS Big Sur Final 11.0.

If you are trying to go back to the production version of Big Sur, I would suggest waiting until the final version of 11.1 is released. You can then update to that version.
