Can you set Apple Watch screen to not be always on?

Can you set apple watch six screen to not be always on? It would wake me.

I found the answer. You can control the always on feature. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT210428#:~:text=Manage%20Always%20On%20settings&text=Open%20the%20Settings%20app%20on,the%20feature%20on%20or%20off.
