Refund request
Hello, my name is Vitaly, I'm from Ukraine. Two days ago, I faced this situation: because of a lack of misunderstanding between me and the operator of my mobile network, I accidentally subscribed to YouTube Premium. Requested a refund, in 24 hours the refund status was updated from waiting for a refund!
And this phrase: (The funds have been returned to the account from which the purchase was paid.) But I have never received the money yet! I'll attach another screenshot.
I don't know what to do ??? How do I get my money back? Since Ukraine is not on the list of regions, so I did all this through Russia, and I can't contact the support! Could you please write me my next steps to the post office?
