My iMac doesn’t turn on at all.. tried holding the button for 10 seconds and still nothing. Tried a new power cord and nothing. Any advice?
Please follow the steps in If your Mac won't turn on including the step that says if you cannot get it to start to take it to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be diagnosed and repaired.
