Macbook Pro 13 speaker not working properly.

Only left speaker working while using apple softwares (Safari and Quicktime player).

Speakers work perfectly while on third party softwares (Google Chrome and VLC player).

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

Here are some steps that may help.

Open System Preferences > Sound > Output. Verify balance is set appropriately.
Create a new user and test the speaker.
- If the issue persists from a new user, reinstall macOS.
- If the issue does not persist from a new user, contact Apple Support for further assistance.
