I have a 'markup' text stuck on my screen
I want to know how to remove this text or whatever it is. I've only been using my MacBook for 2 weeks.

Restart you Mac and see if the word appears after the restart:
Log out, sleep, wake, restart, or shut down your Mac - Apple Support
If the word is still on the screen, some more information might be helpful.
The picture you attached is too small to see any context.
- Where on the screen does the word appear?
- Does it appear on the Desktop, or is it showing in an app?
- Do you remember doing anything, such as taking a screenshot or creating a document, that prompted anything about "Markup"?
