"the disk can't be unlocked"

I have a late 2013 macbookpro running big sur. Now I receive a message saying that the "the disk can't be unlocked, every time I start the computer. I have re-installed the os just in case, with no results. Please advise.

Please help me fix this issue "The disk “Macintosh HD” can‘t be unlocked." I was trying to reset my MacBook which I successfully did. After that I tried updating the laptop and it is telling that the disk Macintosh HD is locked and can't be opened. Also I tried mounting the disk the same thing happened, it is locked with out anyway to open it. Please help me fix this issue because I use this MacBook for school and I need to store things on it ASAP to catch up on my work.
