Email saying I had purchased something

I received an email saying I had purchased something which I had not done. This was at the bottom of the very authentic looking email.



If you made this purchase, you may disregard this email. If you did not make this purchase, or believe someone may have accessed your account, please click here to cancel it and change your password as soon as possible after verification.,


I'm reluctant to change my password incase I'm being hacked.
