Background noise

Whenever I record a video of me speaking or a voice memo, there's a lot of background noise. Even if there's no one else with me, you can hear the air. I know that sounds weird but I'm having trouble recording videos when at home because you can't hear me talk properly unless I raise my voice a bit. There's a feature in voice memos that enhances the audio so that's not too much of a problem, but recording videos of myself talking, recording on a third-party app (such as WhatsApp), or recording a snap can be a bit of an issue. I'm on an iPhone SE 2020
