Some items on my iMessages are not working.

Some items like Memoji, Memoji Stickers, GamePigeon, Fitness or some sticker packs that I’ve bought are not working on the iMessage app. Any tips on how to fix this?

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

Thank you so much for your answer! The problem I have is that the buttons for the Memoji don’t seem to be working on my iMessage app so I can’t even launch them. 🥺
