New Mac Air 2020 but Purchase Date cannot Validated

i bought Macbook Air from Authorized Distributor in Indonesia on 4 Dec 2020, then I checked it and it says "Purchase Date not Validated". So i update the purchase date as instructed, but the result is "We’re unable to validate your product’s purchase date".

Hope you can help me to solve it. Thanks

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.0
