Exporting Apple Books Notes and Highlights
Hello all,
I saw a few forums created with this topic and no answers were given so I thought I might post my workaround. Heads up, the end result is a PDF of all your highlights and notes.
Go to said book, open up contents, then notes. Select the share button (top left), select “edit notes”, select all notes, then select “share”. This will sadly ONLY bring up the option of email. Proceed to email it to yourself.
I then get that email (using Apple Mail) and when selecting the reply button you get a list of options (reply all, reply to sender, etc...). At the bottom there is an option to print, select that. In the print menu you have two potions: selecting an Air printer and selecting the range of paper. I didn’t realize this until recently but you can zoom in (pinch out) on the preview. This opens up the PDF. In this screen you can then share the PDF to anywhere! :) I personally share it to my Apple Notes which is where I have folders for each of the books I am reading for notes.
Hope this workaround helps!
