On my ipad option missing

Hye I just bought Ipad 8th gen(ios14). But then on the second day using it, the "on my ipad" option missing as well as the folders. I've tried to recover it like told in youtube but still theres no option of on my ipad. What I should do?

Perhaps you are syncing those folders to iCloud.

Check: Settings>[your name]>iCloud ... and disable what you want to be "on iPad".
