itunes + Family sharing - Remove music from 1 device?

We have family sharing on. Our family has diverse tastes in music.

How to remove purchased/downloaded music from 1 device, without it affecting the purchase or downloads on other devices?

So long as you're using family sharing correctly and NOT sharing an iCloud account/Apple ID, what you do on one device will not affect the devices used by others.
