Greyed out files in numbers and pages on Iphone

saved files in numbers and pages are sometimes inaccesible (greyed out)

Go to app store and download ‘files’ app. Then, instead of opening numbers ir pages, open files THEN numbers or pages. Your files will then be accesible.
