Hey Apple,
After updating to OS X Big Sur my camera has stopped working. This goes for every application, including FaceTime, Zoom, Teams etc.
I have tried rebooting to no avail.
Can you please help?

This is just gaslighting, if more than 500 people are having this issue after the update it is the update. And if the hardware is not found it is because the update broke it.

I think this was only one exception... there are people who reinstalled BigSur from 0 and still with no solution...
Agree. A test of Big Sur itself in its pure form.
I just noticed that the backlight on my keyboard (MBP 13" 2016) has stoped working. I know for sure that it was working before my upgrade to Big Sur. Has anyone else experienced this issue too?
Nope, for me it is just the camera. But I think you are not the only one.

They’re in deep denial. 100s or 1000s of users all have a hardware failure? My iMac is less than 6 mos old. Glad I bought Apple Care.

I've got a MPB 13" (2016), suffering from this issue and getting angrier from day to day. It's time that Apple acknowledges this issue and starts a service program!

Yesterday I called Apple (here in Brazil) and the representative told me she
hasn't found any complaints about this issue.
