so i have Apple rewards with Barclays credit card. they send me apple store or apple gift cards after i spend xxx amount of money. i have 14 gift cards and store cards when i went to order my new phone the site only allows 8 gift cards.
I have called customer care 5 times spend over 3 hrs to see if they can consolidate some of the store cards no solution still it’s super disappointing!!!!

I completely understand your frustration with Apple Support Lag time. Your request to consolidate some of the gift cards seems completely reasonable. It seems like a very simple request. You may want to try calling a different Apple Number. This link has all the Apple numbers and different numbers for product support and help. Good luck! Make a pest of your self and keep calling.
