Hi. I have the issue with my 12 pro max - hiss-sounds in videos sound awful for the hearing, something like when scratching plate with a knife, most of all, the sound "s". Checked with multiple people with different noise perception and all agreed that it sounds hurty. The same music-videos on youtube, online audiobooks in safari, stories on instagram sound fine on my old 8 plus. Looking forward to any solutions, thanks.

I hear this sound in audio messages in social apps and videos, and in videos in my gallery, recorded with stereo sound enabled. Some records sound good but most - when there's [s] or [sh] sound in speech or music - it sounds like equalizer settings for high-pitched sound are too high, leading to distortion. I'm not using headphones but I'll try to find one to check today.
