Is Screen Cam is missing on Mac?

I use screen cam on IOS, and I was hoping to find it on this M1 Mac. I did find screen cam listed in the privacy settings, but I was unable to locate screen cam when setting up the control panel, or even when searching System Preferences. So, it's ambiguous, as though this was an intended, but not completed aspect of Mac OS 11.0.1

If there's any special procedure to add Screen Cam, I'd love to hear about it.
