Not receiving text notifications on my iPhone

I have an iPhone 11 and I am not receiving any notifications for texts that are sent to me. My phone never dings if it’s not on silent and if it is on silent it doesn’t vibrate when someone texts me. My Lock Screen doesn’t glow up either. I check to make sure everything was right in the settings and it’s very frustrating.

Restart everything, back up from an iCloud backup from a recent save when everything was operating properly. But before you do that restart your phone. I’m surprised at the things that sync up and work properly when I turn my phone off and then power it back on. Simple but effective.
