MAC Automation within Imessages

For work I receive texts from the same number that obtain a link. I must click this link as fast as possible to win the sales lead. Is this a task i can automate with the automator tool? The autoclicker will not work for this particular task as the link must only be clicked once and may not always appear in the exact same spot within imessages.
