Transaction list for Apple account

How can I see a list of all transactions against my Apple account - things like gift card redemptions, monthly changes like Apple Music that are billed my account, etc? Those items do not show up in Purchase History. I'd like to know the exact date that I redeemed a gift card, or when any amount is deducted from my account, not just when I purchased something from the App Store. Basically, I'm looking for a transaction list like my bank provides. Purchase History does not provide that detail.

You can see a detailed listing of all your invoices in your account details using the iTunes/Music app on a Mac or PC.

This system is iTunes/App Store purchases only.

To my knowledge, Apple has never offered a facility that has the info that you want.

This is better, but it still does not show when I redeemed Apple gift cards to add to my balance, nor does it show a deduction from my account that I applied to a new iPhone at an Apple Store. I'm still not able to see a complete list of all debits and credits to my account. Any other ideas?
