Cant export, resize or convert from RAW works on PC

With information as vague as that, all I can suggest is contact Canon, who make the app.

Is that what you meant? Put another way, Canon are slow to update their software. There are plenty of Raw processors out there that have been updated.
Went to canons site no Big Sur software that must be what's the problem Big Sur broke existing application
