Apple Maps set up - phone and pin problem

Hi,

I tried to add business on Apple Map. What:s the pain to do so here while with Google is so easy.

Anyway, these days many companies in Japan offer VoiP numbers starting with 050 along with their internet. These numbers don't have assigned area code. I received the call from Apple and input code that I was told by machine. All went well until it showed Alert about phone number being unusual for this area. I tried another number which is also VoIP but this time Tokyo area 03. The same story as above.

Why Apple makes so hard and not follows technology?

I don't want to try mobile number because someone wrote in another post that it won't work either. Besides, mobile phone is not for public use.

Problem 2. Pin verification. I did everything possible, but it still shows alert to verify pin. How do I do this. I put in right place, the address is correct (in English character because Apple does not recognize Japanese one). Nothing worked.

How people do this? How do you verify pin? How do I make phone to be recognized?

I will appreciate any feedback on it. Thanks
