iCloud and iMessage account mismatch

What is the fix for "Sharing Name and Photo not available because iCloud and iMessage accounts are different or are not signed in"? I got a new phone and also changed my AppleID right after, which seems to have caused this issue. Help please! Thanks in advance. :D

The Apple ID that you used to sign in iCloud is different from the Apple ID that was used to activate Messages. Figure out which Apple ID you want to keep. If you decide to keep the Apple ID that you have changed then sign out of the Messages app from Settings and then sign back in with the Apple ID the you used for iCloud.
