File transfer from iCloud to Apple One iCloud

I had existing iCloud storage, and the plan was to purchase Apple One for my family, and cancel my standalone storage in favour of the bundle.

My iCloud on my iPad says I have 4TB total storage, but when I look at my iCloud in File, I only have 2TB, so my files are still looking like they are in my old standalone iCloud storage I’m paying for. I don’t want to cancel that standalone account without verifying that the data has been moved over to my Apple One storage.

Have any of you managed this kind of transfer before?
