Is there anyway to restore my iPhone if I did not have a back up on my iCloud or PC? I hope this is not a stupid question lol

You can restore iOS. Your data, however, is gone.

Restoring is always done using a backup (iCloud or iTunes)
No backup means no restore.
You cannot restore anything without a backup of that information. If you deleted something, then it is gone.
Anyway to restore my iPhone without an iCloud back up?
