Why I can’t copy and paste files to my external SSD?

I just bought brand new Samsung 870 QVO and formatted into APFS. I have another old hard drive also formatted as APFS. But I couldn’t transfer files between them. Does anyone know why is this happening and is there anyway to fix this?

thank you so much!!!

Thank you Phillips, I checked the information with the drive and under the scheme section it says GUID Partition Map. Does that mean it's on GUID Partition Scheme? Or it's because I didn't save any files before I use it as a TimeMachine back up drive?

If you can let me know where to check GUID Partition Scheme will be amazing.

Thank you so much :)
