My phone feels really slow and apps aren’t loading. Anyone know why?

This has been happening since late last night. I’m not sure if it’s my phone that is throttling the A14 chip or if I have a setting messed up. It’s made my iPhone hard to use and is very disappointing considering that this phone is practically brand new (iPhone SE 2020).
