FaceTime issues on iPhone 12 pro max/ iOS 14.2.1

Hi, I have noticed an odd bug with regards to FaceTime using iPhone 12 pro max or on iOS 14.2.1 the issue is that once you activate your FaceTime or iMessage with 14.2.1 using your number your contacts who are using older devices and iOS 14.2 or less will not be able to see your FaceTime as activate unless they have an appleid that you use as well as an alternative option for FaceTime. However people with iPhone 12 pro/max on 14.2.1 can see your number for FaceTime and iMessage. I have a few people who are using the new phone and have the same issue. Only emails workforce FaceTime and iMessage , if you contacts don’t have your email saved in their contacts then they can’t FaceTime or iMessage you.

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). I cannot send iMessage (blue bubble) to myself using my iPhone. There is no issue with sending iMessages to all my other contacts, the only issue is with sending to myself when using my iPhone X with iOS 16.0.2 installed.
