Is there a way to tell if stolen AirPods are paired with a new device?

I am trying to track down some AirPods. I’m wondering if there is a record created if they are paired to another device.

Track AirPods through the serial number I believe somoene stole my AirPods I was in my class and then they connect to my phone , and then one was taken out and they were out away then I have the serial number is there a way I can track them if they are connected to someone’s phone ? For someone reason it’s not comming up in my find my iPhone app either ! Would love some help , they are the AirPod pros thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]
