Contact Amazon. Amazon is not Apple.

People have had the option of managing an Amazon Prime subscription through the iTunes Store since April. It's treated like other iTunes subscriptions.

I just yesterday canceled Amazon Prime and I had to go through Amazon. They do not immediately cancel it until the completion of the term. If it is as simple as you say, thanks. I don't use iTunes and I do not know if the OP does or not.

The OP asked how to cancel Amazon Prime. There is nothing Apple can do to cancel Amazon Prime.
