cancelling a payment and refund

Hi

i’ve been paying for this Storage from Apple for I think years now. I don’t think I’ve used it but just don’t know how to cancel it. i’m not very good with technology and am dyslexic‘I think somebody must’ve signed me up for it ‘ I think my daughter and now I’m stuck with the bill with something that I have no clue about. I need to cancel and hopefully get a refund please?
