CarPlay not working in 2019 VW Jetta

Two weeks ago, my CarPlay stopped working. I’m using the same cord that worked for the last 2 years. I’ve tried using a different cord, no luck. My phone will connect via Bluetooth. Car will say that phone cannot connect to CarPlay.


-I’ve reset my phone

-I’ve done a hard reset

-I’ve reset the infotainment in my car

-I’ve forgotten my car from phone. VW techs replaced my radio based on what VW told them to do

-VW techs updated all the software in car. VW said they did all they could and it’s an Apple issue.


Don’t know what else to. Any suggestions? It seems like since the 14.2 update I’ve had issues.
