iPhone Sides Damaged

Hello!

Early this week, I took my iPhone 11 Pro Max out of the Otterbox case to clean it and there are scratches all along the metal sides and the top (the “rim” of the phone). Does anyone know if Apple or a Best Buy store can fix this? Also a rough cost estimate? I do have AppleCare and bought the phone thru Apple at the beginning of the Summer.

Of course her old carry case didn't fit the new phone so she just put it in her purse. iPhone 14 Pro Silicone Case scratching easily Hi, I recently got a silicone case for my iPhone about like 2-3 weeks ago and it is already scratching. Around the first few days small scratches started to appear on the edges of the back of the case, and now there are more scratches around both front and back sides. I dropped my phone once, which was face down. it stayed protected, and no scratches appeared from the fall, but when the phone stays in my pocked ALL DAY, some magic scratch appears out of no where. I paid 50 DOLLARS for this case, and it scratches easily. This is Apple, not some case on Amazon for $5. I'm genuinely surprised its scratching this easily. Is there anything I can do to either repair the scratches or just get a new one? Thanks.

phone has physical damage My phone is almost 2 years old and beyond repair. It has exposed metal at the back. I can see the hardware. The front of my screen is also cracked. Will there be anywhere to repair this? The phone itself still works very well.

Warranty does not cover accidental damage or cosmetic issues.

You can try contacting Apple support but I doubt they will replace your phone.
