iPhone 12 screen doesn’t turn off
I can’t get my iPhone 12 to turn off after 30 seconds. It will only turn off if I manually do it. Setting is set to 30 seconds and no apps are running that I know of.
Force Close all the apps as shows here ➔ How to force close your apps on an iPhone.
Once they are all closed then Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
