Mouse issue

when I connect my Logitech G502 mouse to my MacBook Air via usb c to usb connect my screen stutters and the cursor lags. This happened after the new Mac OS Big Sur issue. Can anyone please help me fix this?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.0

Do you have Logitech software installed? It may be incompatible with Big Sur.

Try Safe Mode and see if the problem happens in Safe Mode.

I had this issue too on my Mac mini M1 with my various Logitech mice with USB dongles. I assumed there was a compatibility issue so I purchased Apple's Magic Mouse 2 thinking that would fix the issue. I uninstalled all the Logitech software. It did not help. The Magic Mouse stutters just as much as the Logitech mice did.


For me the problem just started rather recently. I had a few good weeks with no jitters/stutters at all. Not sure what changed.
