Blue Screen at Shutdown

 Start by doing a safe boot of the Mac. This will clear some cache files, turn off some system extensions and log-in items and give you a good foundation. After doing the safe boot, reboot normally and test.

This presents as most likely a software issue, but if the process above does not resolve the issue then there is one last step you'll want to take in order to really isolate the issue to software. This would involve re-installing macOS Big Sur and then testing again.

If this behavior persists even after re-installing Big Sur, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support to discuss options for a possible hardware issue.

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that might help others answer your question:

You mentioned both a Big Sur install and this appearing at shutdown. The Mac will reboot at least once during the install. Did you see this screen at that point? Or was it only when shutting down after Big Sur was installed?
