My voice call icon is deactivate while I am getting a call or try to make a call. Literally I cannot hear the callers or they cannot hear me unless I am using the AirPod or earphone. I did reset the network, hardware reset and also switched on/off but it still doesn’t work. I the software is updated which is IOS 14.2. What is here the problem? Can anyone help please?
