My Mac book pro is blowing up in the middle of the keyboard.
Is that a problem of heat, and can I just get on with it? Everything works perfectly outside trackpad, doesn't always follow the fingers. Thank you for your answer

Yes, it will keep powering your Mac as it swells. There are several cells in the battery, intact ones will keep delivering power even as failed one(s) keep swelling. Eventually one will burst, adding damage from caustic gel to the damage caused by the physical swelling.

Your battery has failed and is swelling. The damage will get worse. Get your Mac serviced ASAP.
You don't say what Mac you have, but there have been a few battery recall programs.
There are two listed here: Apple Service Programs - Apple Support
