Apple watch activity sensor and raise hand to watch is not working after recent upgrade

My watch software was upgraded last night(by auto update) and after that watch sensor is not working. It is also not waking up when I raise hand. My activity app also stopped sensing the activity.

The information I got from Apple watch is:

Version 7.2(18S5561a)

Model A1889

Disappointed that Apple release the update and it caused the issue with my watch.

Need help urgently for it. If need more information to fix the issue, kindly let me know.
