Restrictions

My mom put restrictions on my phone like a year ago, and has since turned all of them off, and it shows that they’re off. I have also gotten a new phone since then. However, they still like to make a comeback every now and then, even though it says that all content, screen time, ALL restrictions are off. There is websites for school that I can’t use on my phone or laptop because of this! Someone please help a girl out...

Hello hannahdavis238,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It looks like you're unable to access some websites for school on your iPhone, and computer. We understand the importance of getting this issue resolved, and we'd be happy to look into this with you.

What is the exact message you're getting when try to access these websites? Is this happening while being connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data? Also, since noticing this, have you tried to restart your iPhone normally? Restart your iPhone

To get started, let's try the steps in the following links:

If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you can’t open a website in Safari on Mac

We hope this information is useful. Kind regards.
